reillyse
OK, i have had my Nano Cube set up now for about 2 weeks, and a few days after I get it started I see what looked like lots of little(1/2 inch or so) black and white worm thingys sticking up out of the live rock. Now the other day I figured out that they are actually some kind of star fish, and I have ALOT of them. Most of them seem to stay in crevices in the rock and only hold out a tentacle or two. What are they and are they going to end up being bad for my reef?? thanks a bunch Link to comment

Rene
Detritus eaters. Harmless and beneficial and pretty, and they tend to reproduce as well. Score! Link to comment
