In my case, winery owner/winemaker, I am looking to provide DI water for my lab. All the chemical instructions for doing lab work call for DI water. However, I only need a small quantity, say 1 gal/week! On the other hand, we do use a lot of water in the winery. It's been said that there is more water (and beer) consumed in the winemaking process than wine produced! So, I could be convinced to improve the quality of water used in the winery to meet that need and tap off what I need in the lab. I'm looking at the Aquaticlife basic system (about $100 US).
