Hannahhhh
Gonna head to my LFS today and I’m hoping for some advice adding to my cleanup crew. I’m noticing a lot of green algae on my sand as well as moss like algae on parts of my live rock. I have a 13.5 gallon tank. At the moment I have: 1 dwarf blue leg hermit 1 scarlet hermit 3 (maybe) blue leg hermits (they don’t look blue) 1 Mexican turbo snail 2 small snails my LFS suggested Sorry for what I’m sure is a very beginner question, but I’m still super new to reefing! Clown79
That's green hair algae. Astrea, trochus, hermits, and emerald crabs may eat it. Quote Link to comment

Naekuh
Id grab an Astraea as well for your CUC. They are probably the best snails, unless your tank is large enough for a trochus, you can have until they fall over and die because they cant right themselves up. The turbo snail and scarlet hermit crab may end up getting too big for your tank later on. Quote Link to comment
