Acan help?

Is there a reason why my Acan would “shrink”? Everything else is thriving but it’s been like this for a few weeks now

 

Nothing has really changed parameter wise since I added it.

0.026 salin,

8 - 430 - 1270

Nitrate 5-10 (not dirty enough)?

 

AI Prime HD been in acclimation mode since Feb with ~0.8 degree increase daily

 

I did upgrade my flow but in its current spot it gets pretty much the same low-med flow.

If you are talking about the one on the left in the second pic, it doesn't look shrunken to me.  It looks like it's reaching for light.  Do you feed it at all?

Acan sometimes close up, I find often while growing new heads.

 

When mine get too much flow the heads separate/stretch  like yours is.

 

Lighting wise, I have found some like light while other acans don't.

I fed it yesterday, so we’ll see

 

I’ll try to put it in lower flow and give it some time to respond

Mine did this the other day, but like Clown79 said mine are also growing new polyps/heads and I have mine in a little area in the middle of the tank where they're barricaded by surrounding rock to minimize direct flow and they never look unhappy to me.
