afcajax73
Morning all, (here in the uk atleast :) ) I've come for a bit of advice regarding my candy cane. When I first had it, maybe 9 months ago, it had 3 heads and was really open and happy, all was good. However, for about the last 3-4 weeks it's been almost constantly closed up! Strangely enough, it's grown to have 7 heads over the last 2 months, but it just wont open up. The only time I've seen it open is when the lights go off and the feeder tentacles have come out. It's eating fine, and growing but just wont open. I've not changed it's position since it's been in there and cant think of anything else that's really changed either. All my other corals seem happy, and water params are steady to what I'm used to running. any ideas? Quote Link to comment
mcarroll
We also have very little to base our opinions on unless you give us more info about the tank. Usually this means relevant test results and at least one good tank pic that shows the coral and major tank hardware. Quote Link to comment
jambon
Are there any more aggressive corals near it? These guys are fairly easy to keep. Quote Link to comment
