ched03
Can you all help me out here? I just want to make sure I am doing things right. These pics were taken of my Red Sea test kit results 2 weeks after I started cycling my tank. I know that it will still be a while before it is fully cycled but do I need to do a water change of some sort or do I just let it sit? Quote Link to comment
Clown79
What method of cycling are you using? Is it dry rock or liverock? Did you see ammonia rise at all? Looks to be the normal progression of a cycle Quote Link to comment

Looks to be the normal progression of a cycle It’s all dry rock. I added the Microbacter 7 for the first two weeks and fed it some fish food for the first few days of the cycle. I didn’t test the first two weeks, however, my Seachem Ammonia alert tag did turn green for a while and is now back to yellow. I got it for my quarantine tank but figured I could use it in my display while cycling. Quote Link to comment
