Fuzzy shroom - or rose tip anemone?

I was in the LFS today, and saw something that's been catching my eye for a while. It's laying on the substrate at the bottom of their tank, and has no ID tag.

I couldn't get a photo of it this time, but here's my best description of it:

1 - 1.5" accross

Small flaps (could be tentacles) arranged around the outside of the disk

Lays flat on the substrate, like a shroom, no stalk

Under actinc, here's the colors:

Bright red/orange "tentacles" or flaps

Green disk and mouth

The same general colors under normal lights, only not as neon.

It's no more than 3/4" tall, not very big at all. It's much wider around than it is tall.

They said it's a rose tip anemone - but this was a guy my age (20ish I'd say) and he didn't sound completely sure of himself.

Any other ideas? I don't want it if it's an anemone, but if not, then - well - i want!

It looks, in size and shape, very similar to a ricordea - only it has no "bubble" things on it like every ricordea that I've seen has.

The "tentacles" were either held close to the body, or they were connected length-wise, in a pattern radiating out from the mouth..

MOUTH

..but in a circle.. it's very pretty normally, even more so under actinic like they had it today.
