Tripp890 Posted February 8, 2019 Share Posted February 8, 2019 I'm not sure what is going on. At first I thought it was splitting, but now I don't know because it's been 4 days of this behavior. Note, just switched to a t5 ho fixture. 1-ati blue plus 1-ati purple plus 2-ati actinics I also have Coral special, 10,000k, and pink special bulbs that I could interchange, if there is a better combo available. mcarroll Posted February 8, 2019 Share Posted February 8, 2019 Can you switch back to the old lights since that seems to be coincidental with the cause, if not the cause itself? I'd do that if possible while we troubleshoot. Can you post the rest of the basic info we'd need such as all recent test results, including nitrates and phosphates, as well as telling us about your filtration and setup in general? If you could get a reading of light levels with a lux meter app or handheld lux meter (or PAR meter) that would be useful too.....we'd like to see a reading from the old light as well as the new light. (I use an LX-1010B lux meter, btw) Quote Link to comment
