so far from what i hear, there are 2 opinions on the stuff...

1. this stuff is all junk, don't buy it!

2. it looks like a good product, but i'm still waiting to see results

 

i myself have never used any of that supplement stuff, and i believe the natural way is the best way. just keep up with water changes to replenish depleted resources.
