Unknown small coral?

Not really sure what this is. Just got these love rocks a week ago. Is this some kind

of coral forming or maybe a feather duster type thing? It will open just a little then suck back in if I tap the glass 

 

also what kind of starfish is the little little one?

Looks like a Tunicate.  They will “react” when disturbed.
