couple pics below.  The darker tan pics from the top of my tank have been there a while and slowly grown to size over about 4 months?  The other tiny single polyps? On the rock I just noticed today.  Perhaps half a dozen to a dozen of them in sprinkled in a couple regions of tank.

Not hydroids. Could be ball anemone, as clown mentioned. Could also be monastrea aka, star coral. Tough to tell. Can you feel a skeleton under it? At that size, it wouldn't be much of one, though.
