AH Supply

I am going to be making my own canopy, and I am planning to buy the lighting from AH supply. Are they a good company to order from? Do they have a quick turnaround time? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I love them. I've ordered lights for both my tanks from them. I live on the west coast and have had great turn around time with them.

 

What are you planning on getting from them?

I've only ordered from them once, but it was a good experience. hellolights.com also has good product, and they offer excellent PC actinic bulbs for sale :-)

I like the shape of the AHSupply reflectors better than the ones from HelloLights...but the HelloLights actinics beat the tar out of anyone else's blue lights.

I am looking for 19-20" light fixture for my weird 15 gallon tall nano. Has anyone buy any light fixtures/kits./bulbs from www.petsupplyliquidator.com before?

I ordered a kit from them in July, and one of the ballasts has burnt out already. I hadnt even used the lights very much.

Anyone know where I can get a ballast to run 2x13 watt fixture?

email or call AH Supply and let them know about the burned-out ballast...they should replace it for you.

Home Depot carries Magnetron ballasts that will run 2x13watt PC lights, but they aren't as efficient or compact as the ones from AHsupply (love them guys!)

i've ordered thru both and while i like AHS hello lights has gone the extra mile for me a couple times when it comes to either throwing in a freebie or getting it to me overnight at no additional charge.
