Grace Sky
Hello Reefer! When I only started my first tank, I always though that if I add live rock to it, I might get parasites with it and that's why I didn't like the idea of adding live rock to my tank. After some time, when I got my 3.6 gal Nana reef tank, I did add a purple live rock. It had lots of small tunnels on it and lots of crevices and holes. I liked it and added it to my tank(even though I still wasnt sure). In a while, I would notice tentacles and I found out that I had brittle stars. Later I would also find green star polyps, baby anemones, and feather dusters. I would find exotic and expensive worms on that rock. So if your not sure whether you want a live rock or not, you should definitely get it and don't worry, live rocks mostly don't carry any harmful parasites, they mostly carry some really nice additions to your tank.😁 Quote Link to comment
