Clown goby bump in its nose

I noticed today that my clown goby has like a bump on it nose looks swollen 😕 Looks like a pimple idk hard to tell as he rarely comes out of the coral. 

Infection maybe being bullied 

I have 5 chromis 

pair of Clarks 

pajama cardinal 

and two green gobies 

with him 

water quality is good never miss on my weekly water changes
