I recently purchased a tongue coral from saltwater fish.com not sure what the other coral is. It might be a baby tongue coral or a plate. As previously stated it continues to grow it appears to have a stalk and retracts but not like an anemone and has a coral like mouth. It’s metallic red with purple tips. Any help in Id’ing this is greatly appreciated.4EFA5695-2541-4AE0-B212-EB86C88D3FA2.thumb.jpeg.9c36803026fafabdd3a3aaea186177d1.jpeg

It looks like an anemone of some kind. Sort of like a mojano. However, I can't even find a picture of a red one like that.

Should a healthy majano retract its tentacles when poked? Mine won't, although it just ate over 10 brine shrimp, so that could be a cause.

It was an experiment.
