Sexy shrimp dropping eggs

Hi guys, I have a group of 10 sexy shrimps (4 females and 6 males) in a 10 gallon aquarium and I’m trying to reproduce them, every week I note 2 females carrying eggs but one or two days later they are gone, what could it be?  We keep the parameters stable and low but not zero, could be that?
