Biopellets making skimmer go crazy

Been Googling for answers, but I can't find it. So, I just started running a biopellet reactor, and it's caused my skimmer to dump ALOT of microbubbles that make it to the display tank. Sometimes so much air that the return farts bursts of bubbles. Is this normal? Will it subside?

That's the point of a bio pellet reactor isn't? It's my understanding that it operates like carbon dosing to grow a lot of bacteria to be skimmed out. I would guess it would start to settle down once you reach equilibrium.

Yeah I understand how it works. Just wanted to know if the bubbles dissipate once the bacteria starts to colonize.
