Sailingeric
A fire fish is good or a yellow clown goby. They are small and fun to watch. 1 Quote Link to comment
Tamberav
My captive bred orchid dottyback is very brightly colored and doesn't bother anything. Quote Link to comment
LandenReefer
I have never had a Dottyback. I will need to look into them. Any coral suggestions from anyone? Quote Link to comment
malacoda
I'd hold off on adding any more corals. In another 12-18 months when those SPS, candycanes, kenya tree and frogspawns have left the 'frag' stage and are healthy, growing colonies, I promise you will be glad you didn't put any more in there ... When those particular corals get a little bigger and start to really kick into growth mode, they're going to start vying for space pretty quick and you're likely going to have a little coral combat taking place. LandenReefer
Thanks, That is a good point. I'll probably just stick to a few interesting zoa's to fill in some areas the LPS are not in. Quote Link to comment
Clown79
With clowns and a damsel, a firefish may not fair well. It's a very passive/skittish fish and the other 2 aren't. I'd consider a fish that can hold it's own. An orchids dotty can. Quote Link to comment
LandenReefer
I ended up getting a purple dottyback on Sunday. Cool looking fish. I am slightly concerned that he just hides in a cave and when I put food in the tank he doesn't come out. I know it is normal for new fish to hide so hopefully he starts coming around in the next day. Quote Link to comment

It's taken my blenny 2 weeks to come out more freely. Quote Link to comment
LandenReefer
thanks, he started peaking out of his hole tonight, I haven't seen it eat but my hunch is that it is getting some pods or other things that run around at night. Quote Link to comment
