Return Pump?

I am having trouble deciding what return pump to use on my custom 12" cube I built. Does anyone have any advice in deciding between a MJ 404 or 606? Head height will be in the 10 - 12" range, which I think is substancial for these pumps. This is my first nano tank btw.

my question is what kind of flow or tank turnover are you looking for? rc is down right now, but their head loss calculator may help although i don't think the mjs will have problems with your height.
