Need FOWLR clip-on LED advice.

I'm setting up a small 18g tank (16"x16"x17") that will be FOWLR. I'm looking for a clip-on LED light that can provide some good color and various controllable modes. I've been eyeballing this AquaMaxx NemoLight AquaMarine:

I've also been looking at an AI Prime HD but don't think I need that much light.

 

Anything else out there?

If you're doing a fish only tank with no corals, neither light is necessary. Both are designed for coral use.

 

You can use any cheap LED light for fish on a light timer.
