Spasticat
Try frozen brine shrimp or fatty mysis shrimp for a more substantial meal Link to comment
AStarWithin
Have you tried that? I was under the impression they were very picky eaters, like their realitive the mandarin. Link to comment

MrKrispy
i thought brine shrimp were pretty much nutritionally useless, that's why we use cyclopeeze! Link to comment
AStarWithin
I agree, brine and mysis need to be soaked in a vitamin bath before feeding. Cyclopeeze doesn't, it's made out of frozen zooplankton (a kind of copepod) Nutritional value of Cyclopeeze (http://www.freezerbar.com/) Protein - 60% Lipid - 35 Ash - 3 Carbohydrate - 2 Astaxanthin - 3000ppm Canthaxanthin - 15 ppm 18:3n3(Linolenic Acid) - 10.45% 20:5n3 (EPA) - 11.74% 22:6n3 (DHA) - 11.09% Enzyme Activity (Superoxide Dismutase) - 30,000 Average Body Length - 800um Link to comment
AStarWithin
I also like how it breaks up into perfect "copepod-size" pieces. Though be careful, it's extremely potent!! Link to comment
