Before cleaning: First attempt at aquascaping: Added around 8lbs more live rock and rearranged everything: I'm currently running the compact florescents that came on this biocube but I will soon be upgrading to LEDs before stocking... debating between the ReefBreeders nano-light plus, AI Prime HD, and AI hydra 26hd on that front. Started seeing a diatom bloom in my tank, on the sand and all rocks (even have an asterina starfish from my live rock slowing cleaning up one rock, but isn't quite fast enough) , and parameters are around where they need to be. Phosphates are a bit high, but I'll be working on lowering them. Doing a 30% water change tomorrow and adding a clean up crew! Quote Link to comment
