Bleaching ricordea?

My ricordea yuma has been great since I got it 1 month ago and even has 3 babies on the same frag disc. The last few days I have noticed it being smaller than normal and today it looks like it is a lot lighter than normal and small. The foot is usually a light purple color but today it looks white. The light I am using is an AI prime HD that is approximately 11 inches above the water. I started my lights off really low like others on her suggested but have been slowly increasing the intensity.
