Led turning off

I used a single 3up led but it keeps turning off. I have to unplug it and plug back up. I ordered the correct driver  900ma for 1-14 leds. But I was sent a different one. And it's bigger than my space.  

So I used a smaller buck puck that's maybe 200ma. Wouald this be the issue?
