Metasyntactic Posted June 17, 2017 Share Posted June 17, 2017 So, I'm building three hang on the side reactors (GFO, Carbon, and Purigen) for the 29 gal AIO tank I'm building. I know that the GFO should be allowed to tumble and the carbon should have only a very slow motion so it doesn't grind itself into fines but I am having trouble finding info on the proper way to set up the Purigen reactor. Will the Purigen grind itself down or does it benefit from staying fluidized in the reactor? Quote Link to comment
