tiny red slug like things?

Whats up guys! Ive had these tiny red splotches appearing in the right side of my nano. Color resembles a deep red algae, wich i have in my tank, so i thought it was just algae growing. I was poking around a bit tho, and i touched one. to my surprise, It moved! creeped me out a bit. anyway theres probly about 100 in there, they're dark maroon, they're about 1-2 mm long, and they have no visible sections. They just look like little blobs.

I think I have a few too on a small peice of my LR? But it has never moved I dont think? Because I thought it was just something (some part of the rock). I don't think it moves? There are a few other parts that look like it too but smaller.
