Overflow for 20 gallon long

I am going to be downgrading my reef into a 20 gallon long since its becoming too much to maintain with a newborn in the house!

 

What is the best overflow for a 20 gallon long?  My current reef has a herbie set up and I love how quiet it is so I can't go back to a single drain glass-hole kit. 

 

Not sure what size I should drain I should run (1"?) on this tank but  I will be using a mag 5 throttled back as my return.
