Horsey_Cat
What are some anemones that would work for a pico aquarium? I know a big concern would be that it would sting other corals, but I'm not concerned with having many corals. Anemones are th most interesting to me, so I would really like to have one. RFA also don't interest me as much as something like condy or tube anemones, but those get pretty big from what Ive learned. Quote Link to comment

flatlandreefer
Most recommend a 30 plus gallon tank for a typical anemone. I think you would be limited to a rock nem or something similar in a pico. Aptasia would be an exception though... 1 Quote Link to comment
Horsey_Cat
Ive seen after searching extensively people keeping waratah and warty anemones in jars for extended periods of times. Im sure there are other similar anemones that would do just as well right? Quote Link to comment
RFA Maria
Hi, You could go for mini maxi's (stichodactyla tapetum). It's the mini version of carpet anemones Quote Link to comment
