Kicbak
I finally took some shots I actually think look good. Took a few days and I finally have some settings that work on the camera. I can still see a lot of out of focus issues but its hard to see if the focus is right on tiny displays...... I'd love some feedback. A bit out of focus.... http://www.kicbak.com/pictures/ListPicture...ID=31&nGroupID= Link to comment

Kicbak
Using a canon a70 with some different macro lenses depending on the distance from the glass. Using a coffee filter for WB and a -1/3 to -2/3 exposure. Link to comment

Tunjee
Fantastic shots! White ballance? I have seen that setting on my digital camera. Does it really make a noticeable difference to calibrate it? Link to comment
Changisbad
yup...those yellow colony polyps look great. Nice picture! Link to comment
Kicbak
Thanks The WB setting is key to getting good shots. The auto settings and defualts are not as helpful for our reef tanks since the crisp white and blue lighting are normal in "everyday" use of a camera. My pictures are started to look a lot closer to actually colors in my tank since I set the WB. Link to comment
OxInYourBox
Looking good. You may want to post a how to or a link to one about the WB with a coffee filter as I'm sure you'll be asked some more. I have a link somewhere but can't find it ATM. Link to comment
