lkoechle Posted March 25, 2017 Share Posted March 25, 2017 Clownfish will bite their host anemone. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless the coral seems upset by it, then you're going to have decide between the clowns and the coral. But they arent going to eat it. Quote Link to comment
Acetabularia-less Posted April 9, 2017 Share Posted April 9, 2017 Both of my clowns bite the tentacles off my duncan coral. Maybe it reminds them of a nem, who knows what goes on in the mind of a clown. But if yours start doing damage, you will have a choice to make between the coral and the fish. My duncan is currently in the "dome of safety" (the top of a bottle with some holes punched in it). Quote Link to comment
