transporting a water tank

Planning to try Aquaponics in my backyard. Will be transporting a DIY water tank using IBC totes on my truck bed. A bit of a problem is how to keep it in place. the tank weighs about 200 pounds. I'm thinking of using the truck parts. maybe I can use ropes and tie it on the headache rack. Do you think it can carry that much load? Anyway, any other stuff you guys can recommend that I may use?  Would appreciate it if you can point me to any forum discussions about Aquaponics too.
