burnah Posted August 23, 2004 Share Posted August 23, 2004 please give me some informations about this mediterranean hermit, if it is reef safe etc. it is smaller than 1" and changes shells about 5 times a day... somehow filters the sand i have in there, but it sometimes also picks for algae. it gets active in the afternoon, runs around throughout the evening and the beginning of the night, and has hairy antennas and legs. the coulour is somekinda camouflage-green with some dark brown stripes. it's left claw is MUCH bigger than the right one, it has black eyes on pink "antennas" (dont know the word for the thing where the eyes are on...) it loves the sand and has already dug all of it, and it's not very shy. thanks in advance for your advice, martin Link to comment
