flatlandreefer
I need some help identifying this encrusted worm on the stalk of my frogspawn. It is completely encrusted, I tried to pry it off but it is hard. Any idea what it is good/bad? Link to comment
jestep
Almost positive it's a vermetid snail. They can irritate coral but they're generally not considered a pest. Link to comment
flatlandreefer
I was thinking vermatide snail but it doesn't look like others in my tank. It just seems very big but maybe I am wrong? Link to comment

I've got a few huge ones, where the stalk / spout / whatever it's called, is 1/4" or more in diameter, but most are very tiny for sure. It's totally possible it's something else as well, the shape and pattern just immediately looked like the large vermatides I've seen. Link to comment
