Weiser5150
I had this red monti in front of a powerhead for a while and noticed it turning white right where the powerhead was aimed at it.I moved it and wonder what you guys think? jestep
Powerhead is blasting the tissue off the coral. Get it out of direct flow. That area is dead, you can tell by the algae growth on it, algae will not grow on bleached coral, only on dead coral. But, it should encrust back over it relatively quickly if it is put in a more suitable location, also assuming the coral is growing well in this tank. But, this type of coral generally shouldn't have any problem growing back. Link to comment
