Butters
Well, in january I started my first reef tank in years (a 20 gallon extra high), remembered how much fun they are, and in May I tore it down and moved the inhabitants to a 72 gallon bow front. It has been a blast, and the tank is doing great i've got a pair of scooter blennies that will eat frozen food out of my hands, acros, clams, etc and I hardly worry about the upkeep. The only issue I have had was my CBB was brutally murdered by my Gold Stripe Maroon. Anyway, I decided it was time to get the fish that got me into the hobby, which is the beautiful majestic frogfish. The tank is cycled currently with about 5 pounds of live rock in the tank itself and about 5 pounds in the sump. The current inhabitant is a small cardinal my roommate surprised me with. Apparently she didn't realize that it is going to become a quick meal, and now wants to put it in my already overstocked 72 gallon. Sooooooo it is likely going to become pals with Absolem the Froggie. Plans for the tank- Corals: 4-5 types of gorgonians Toadstool leather Numerous types of Mushrooms Zoa garden Brittle star, astreas, nassarius, emerald crab, and a conch for the cleanup crew. And most importantly, after seeing brad908's 40 gallon tank, lots of macros with the hope that it will help keep the tank from crashing. Absolem the froggie, and possibly down the road another froggie. Anyway, here is a pic of the tank so far, with the current livestock being a toadstool, 5-6 Actinodiscus mushrooms, a emerald crab, and Dinner the Cardinal. Link to comment

Butters
Well, here are some mediocre pics of the new corals... All mushrooms, there are Crimson Rain, Radioactive Rhodactis, Rainbow Patches, and Holiday Blitz Mushrooms as well as some I am not too sure on. I am surprised how nice the Holiday Blitz (right row, bottom frag) ended up being (the intense all green one) but the rainbow patches is definitely my favorite (Right row, middle frag). And as promised a picture of my elusive tiny frogfish, tough to find him at times, he definitly blends in! Link to comment
