So after owning several aquariums both big and smal. Breeding clownfish and all. I decided to downgrade big time to a Aqua Medic Cubicus 40G Aquarium.

My last aquarium was a Red Sea Reefer 350 witch i absolutely loved. My plan was to buy a Reefer 170 but i got an offer to trade my Reefer for a Cubicus + cash.

The only really bad thing about the downgrade was that i had to sell some of my other fish. However my clowns that i have had for 5+6 years are still with me.

The cubicus came to me well cleaned, and looked almost like new! So very happy for the trade.

Percula & Snowflake Paired up. (laying eggs)

 

Inverts:
5x Turbo Snails.
3x Snails. (not sure about the name)
1x Sea Star.
1x 5+ Year old Hermit Crab.
1x Shortspine Urchin.

1x Longspine Urchin Black.

Corals:
1x Starburst Polyp


The tank 13.11.2016


So right now its not much to look at. Second day i have the tank. Water and rock came from the old tank. Had to cut off some of the bottom of the rock to make it fit. Its around 22kg in total. Only rock i have in the tank.

Planing to let the system run for a while before i add anything new. But will pick up some fresh fish soon and put them in quarantine.

So after 4 days in the new home, the pair already laid some eggs.

El tanque 13.11.2016 Así que en este momento no hay mucho que ver. Segundo día que tengo el tanque. El agua y la roca procedieron del antiguo tanque. Tuve que cortar parte del fondo de la roca para que encajara. Son alrededor de 22 kg en total. Solo roca que tengo en el tanque. Planeo dejar que el sistema funcione por un tiempo antes de agregar algo nuevo. Pero recogeré algo de pescado fresco pronto y lo pondré en cuarentena. ¡Gracias por la lectura!
