frakthem
This blue feathery macro algae has been growing pretty quickly in my tank. I've scoured the interwebs looking for something but sadly I can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated! Picture taken under white light, so it's not the blues making it blue.. it's really blue! Thanks! Link to comment
Boggers
I have seen Bryopsis take on a blue hue to it, and that would be my call on this one. Link to comment
Muraki
Have another tank you can put it in with a little flow to let it grow out some more? It looks interesting. Link to comment
Reefkid88
If you could get a closer and more clear pic, that would be good. But it looks to be the start of Bryopsis like Boggers said. KILL IT WITH FIRE,quickly. Link to comment
frakthem
I suppose I should rip it out with my water change tomorrow. Is that good enough? Its only located in on spot and it's quite small still. I can even throw some Mg on there and let it sit while the tank water is drained for a bit. Hopefully that will take care of it.
