Trying to order a nano reef aquarium

On April 24, I ordered a nano reef aquarium for my husband's bday (May 11). It hasn't arrived, and I've only received one e-mail to my three inquiring about my order. The e-mail I received said that we should receive confirmation during the first week of June, but we still haven't gotten any word. I can't get anyone to return messages I leave at the 1-877 number either. Any hints? Anyone else with problems ordering a tank?
