New tank setup, what is this on the glass?

I am finishing the cycle on my new 5 gallon minibow. I have about 7# of live rock and 38 watts of PC lighting. Everything looks good. I am now seeing some super small white 'critters' on the glass. These things are about 1/32" to 1/16" long. You can see pics here in my gallery.

Any idea what these are?

They look like baby bristle worms???? You wil see other small "bugs" as well and those are pods=good.
