Quick & easy question: Does the BF mini accept 12v power?

I'd like to solder wires to the two holes above the mini USB input, can I power it with 12v from that point? If so that would make things easier. Thanks!

Yes, anything from 3.3V-17V is fine.

You may not need to solder wires, the pins for the ribon cable already have the power input.
