Innovative Marine is showing the dosing/ATO tubing too deep. I'm sure their photo and video dept isn't in the hobby. The probes need to only be in as far as the testing element, which is a the end. So they are only in submerged about 1/2 " at the min. Depending on your water level in relation to the top of where you would mount this holder, there is room for the tubing not to siphon.
