Visionist
Just ordered a nuvo 10 but cant really justify the 35$ for a spinstream nozzle since its just a small piece of plastic. The knockoffs are only 12$cad on ebay and look to be pretty well the same Link to comment
Visionist
Ordered one anyways, we'll see how it works out Link to comment

zsxking
I used the original IM spinstreams, didn't like it. It reduce the flow by too much. If I were go for similar function again, I would pick a Aquatic Life Macro Aqua Flow Swing instead. Link to comment
MainelyReefer
Doesn't the aquatic life macro aqua flow swing need to suction cup to the wall? And also plug in taking up a receptacle and also adding a cord into the display, and it has horrible reviews not the most sound suggestion. I have three spinstreams and while they do impede flow quite a bit, they really help randomize the return flow and my mp10 picks up the slack in flow. These knock offs look very similar someone should buy them and successfully return with a verdict on their similarity to the spin streams. Buy them! Link to comment
Clown79
You can't use the spin streams with the original pumps. All spinners cut the flow, thats whats causes them to spin. You must upgrade your pump to maintain goodcflow with spinners Link to comment
zsxking
Yeah. That's why I don't opt for flow driven spinners. It would require upgrade return pump, that cost more money as well as energy. It's not worth. Honestly for a nano tank, I won't even worry about spinning return flow. I just end up letting the MP10 to handle all the flow variation in my nano 18G. Link to comment
