I actually buy the premixed nutrisea water currently. It tests out at 9-10 kH alone, so I'm assuming the kalk could be bringing it up? Link to comment

Since your tank is new and you don't have a lot of corals, you don't need the kalkwasser. Just test every week or so, and when you eventually see that water changes alone don't keep things in line, that's when you start dosing Link to comment
