Although, from what I can see it has not yet been tested, but in theory it would work. And in that case, I would need the full bluefish and not the mini? Link to comment

No, you just need the full Bluefish, as it is natively 0-10v. The power dimmer is for the cheap 12-24v LED strips that don't use a driver, like the Ecoxotic strips. Link to comment
