Thickness of Acrylic? Overflows and Baffle Help

How thick of acrylic should I use to make the baffles in my fuge? It will be a 10g under a 29g.

 

How thick of acrylic should I use to make an overflow? Quick hard learned lessons on an overflow?

 

Any tips on placements of the baffles?

 

Best adhesive to put them on the glass without leaking elements into the water?

Hey Warboz, can't help be see your question. The thickness of the baffles is not as important as the overflow. Are you thinking about having the overflow hang in the back or internal? For an internal overflow and baffle, you can use 1/8". If you're making a hanging overflow, then use 3/16". Good luck and free to PM me if you have questions.
