frootbat
Decided to start up a tank for my pseudocorynactis. It was too messy an eater to stay in a 3g picotope, and too dangerous to livestock to put in my main tank. Because of the messy eating habits, I thought macro algae and shrooms would be a nice way to fill out the tank. Equipment: 10g dollar-a-gallon tank glass lid for evap Aqueon Forge aquarium stand Aquaclear 30 filter Tetra heater Lighting for now is a 22k superblu PAR30. That may be perfect, since the orange ball is NPS and all of the shrooms will be on the rocks on the right side of the tank. I've got an Intank media basket on order, as well as a Finnex HOB fuge. Current stock: Orange Ball Pseudocorynactis I have some macros coming courtesy of CCdillon, and I plan on going mushroom hunting this weekend. Here's a full shot. The 5g on the bottom will server as a frag/quarantine tank. Link to comment

Nano sapiens
Looks like you are off to a good start. Going to stay BB? Link to comment
frootbat
Yeah, definitely BB. The psudocorynactis is a really messy eater...sometimes I'll feed him, and the next day I'll see most of what I fed him drifting in the tank, so I want to be able to clean easier. Also why I am making this a shroom/macro tank, the water is likely to be dirty. Probably feeding overly large portions, but there aren't many of these in aquariums so info is hard to come by. I might pick up some zoas or GSP for the glass bottom. Link to comment
