newf99
Well...woke up this morning to notice that one of my Kessil A160WEs had failed. It was not as bright as it should be (was coupled to another A160WE which was at the correct brightness)...and the fan was incredibly loud! Pretty disappointed, this is the second Kessil unit I have had fail within the operating parameters within the last 6 months. The light wasn't even a year old, and was never operated past 60% intensity. I also had a faulty spectral controller. Link to comment
Horerczy
Huh. Maybe fan failure. Is it still under warranty? Link to comment

Gooburz
Where are you buying the lights from? From what I've read over the years Kessil has amazing customer service. I don't see myself ever buying their lights because I don't care for the fast that you have to buy a seperate controller, I prefer an all in 1 unit. Link to comment

Gooburz
AP700 has a built-in controller Yes it does have a built in controller but I think I'll pass at almost $900. I would expect a bit more coverage area for the price of that light. I'd expect their A360's to have a built in controller when they are $400 a piece and not have to buy an additional controller for $100. I agree they make a solid product but they are a bit over priced IMO. Link to comment
