adiefatlady
Total newb. Bought a piece of live rock with a couple of smallish brown anemones (i think). There are 2. I thought they would die off as there is nothing in the tank but the rock, water and none live sand, but been over a week now and they seem to be growing. During day when light is on they are bigger and fuller, later then go to maybe half the size after the lights go low. Are they harmful? Should i feed them? If so what? Thanks Link to comment

adiefatlady
Thanks guys. Ill leave it then and see how it gets on. Still early days of cycling the tank. Bit more rock in there now and the lone spinning ball of chaeto there (added as recommended in the dennerle marinus setup guide). Getting weird readings for Nitrate, Nitrite that dont make sense to me but that's for another post i guess. Link to comment
rturiak
You can feed the mushrooms fish food or coral food. I have small pelets I feed my mushrooms. I use a pipett to place the food pelet on the mushrooms by the center and the mushrooms shrivels up to pull it into its mouth Link to comment
