Benny314 Posted May 13, 2015 Share Posted May 13, 2015 Your going to get terrible colour banding and disco shadows as the diodes are quite spaced out and there's a big mix of colours (not all necessary) in there. It's also using cool white diodes which won't give as nicer colour rendition as setups using neutral and warm white. It would make a good sump light though I bet or great emergency light in the event of a failure of your main lighting. Link to comment

Honestly, if it were a single color like cool white it would be decent over a fresh water tank. If the middle row were running neutrals and the out row running royals it would be functional for a low light tank, but the current color config is laughingly bad. Link to comment
