RC1313
Hey everyone, I recently got a really nice torch coral. I turned off one of my pumps so it could acclimate and my tank has been taken over by a ton of algae. I'm going to kick up water changes and turn the pump back on, but does anyone know how much peroxide negatively affects cleaner shrimp? Or is it just hit and miss? Thanks. Link to comment
brandon429
I classify them as the most susceptible thing we keep to peroxide Some report survival at one mil peroxide to ten gals tank water but most report loss at any dose Metabolically they just can't take it usually, interestingly, while coral banded shrimp can take direct contact at times. Amazing dichotomy. Qt them during treatment its prob a for sure loss. B Link to comment
